B&Tailor, the South Korean bespoke tailor currently attracting attention worldwide, will be opening at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building . While they usually only offer made-to-measure tailoring, on Saturday, February 3rd, Master Tailor Park Jong-yul will be visiting Japan to host a bespoke event.

"Made to Measure" - as close to bespoke as possible.

B&Tailor was founded in 1980 in Seoul, South Korea by master tailor Park Jong-yul. Currently, it is one of the leading bespoke tailors in the increasingly popular "Classico Asia" style, actively holding trunk shows in Asia, the Americas, Australia, Europe, and other parts of the world.

Mr. Park, who has crafted suits for numerous VIPs, including former South Korean presidents, is a seasoned veteran with 50 years of experience as a craftsman. His long-cultivated skills and philosophy of understanding body shapes are what define the B&Tailor style.


This trunk show, held at the International Luxury section on the 4th floor Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building will feature B&Tailor suits made to order.

This special garment embodies their entire tailoring philosophy and research, and the pattern has been specially modified to suit the Japanese physique. The buttonholes and lapel (including the upper collar) are hand-stitched, just like a full bespoke garment, making it as close to bespoke as possible. This achieves a level of quality unimaginable with the made-to-measure or pattern-order services offered by typical tailors.

Furthermore, only on February 3rd (Saturday), the day of the trunk show, in addition to the regularly available made-to-measure line, full-hand bespoke orders will also be available. For bespoke orders, there will be one fitting and one intermediate fitting, with delivery approximately one year later. Each bespoke garment is a one-of-a-kind piece, with a pattern (template) drawn from scratch to fit each customer's body shape, and everything from cutting to sewing done by hand by skilled craftsmen. It embodies the entirety of the tailoring philosophy and research.
