This time, Yamaura, the buyer in charge of Business Clothing on the 5th floor Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building which is the main focus, will be guiding us. He will explain the highlights of this men's fashion festival, which is being held for the 10th time at Isetan Men's.
The theme for Spring/Summer is "Sartorial x Functional".
The new spring/summer season sees a further deepening of the "return to classics" trend that began last fall/winter. Items combining more classic details with functional materials, and challenging colors and patterns are making a comeback. Unexpected color combinations look fresh and unique.
The key to stylish dressing is to embrace the season with a positive attitude and dress beautifully, whether it's boldly pairing classic double-breasted or peaked lapel one-button suits and jackets with pink or multi-colored striped shirts, or elegantly dressing up rugged outerwear like safari jackets or leather blousons with a tie.
In the casual wear category, classic-looking open-collar shirts and knit polos are making an appearance. The "innerwear revolution," which celebrates free-spirited styling through mixing with dressier items, is attracting attention.
