MASTERMIND WORLD is releasing its first-ever collaboration watch, "MASTERMIND WORLD x G-SHOCK FROGMAN." It will be available for purchase from October 28th (Saturday) at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 2F = International Creators and the Isetan online store.

mastermind world is a new label launched in Autumn/Winter 2017 by mastermind Japan designer Masaaki Honma with the aim of presenting products with a more global perspective. While they have previously collaborated with "G-SHOCK" seven times, this is the first release under the mastermind world name.

The model unveiled this time is the "FROGMAN," a full-fledged diver's watch equipped with an EL backlight featuring the brand's signature crossbones. Based on a rugged design with a black metal case and stainless steel screws, the mastermind world brand logo is placed below the display, on the top and bottom of the strap, and on the strap loop, while the brand name and crossbones are engraved on the case back. It is an item that overflows with mastermind world's attention to detail.

At the International Creators section on the 2nd floor Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building a pre-entry lottery is currently being held via the digital ticketing service "PassMarket" in conjunction with the release on Saturday, October 28th. Sales will also begin at 10:30 AM on the same day at the Isetan Online Store.

The "FROGMAN" is part of the "G-SHOCK" series, which was first introduced in 1993. The latest model in the fifth generation of the "FROGMAN," the "GFW-1000," is designed for use in harsh environments, with enhanced water resistance, dust resistance, and mud resistance. Equipped with solar power and radio-controlled timekeeping, it can be used as a full-fledged diver's watch, and it can also automatically adjust the time by receiving standard radio waves from six stations around the world, including Japan and the United States. Furthermore, by incorporating the latest technology, it is a practical and high-quality timepiece that can withstand the harsh conditions of use at sea.
