Founded with the concept of "embodying universal beauty by adding a modern nuance to traditional techniques," Padron combines the handcrafted skills cultivated by master artisans with the innovative technology of machinery. Backed by the traditions and techniques of a bygone era, Padron boasts a reliable quality and a unique finish with a modern touch, making it a highly popular brand that embodies universal beauty.
Using original lasts (shoe molds) that fit the foot shape of Japanese people, the brand's collections are made using the McKay construction method, which is characterized by its light and soft feel, and the cement construction method. The brand prioritizes comfort by using leather-covered insoles for breathability and by deliberately incorporating cork, which is also used in Goodyear construction, into the cement construction to improve cushioning.
The uppers are made from leather produced by LO STIVALE, a long-established tannery in Tuscany, Italy, a region known as the mecca of leather, and different finishing techniques are used for the leather to suit the design of each shoe.

Side-zip boots: ¥38,880

Trekking boots: ¥43,200
Furthermore, the trekking boots feature a luxurious finish using cream and wax, resulting in a simple yet sophisticated look that doesn't detract from the shoe's design, while still fitting seamlessly into the Padmore & Barn aesthetic. The addition of an inside zipper ensures practicality as well.
