The biggest difference from the four existing styles is "the soft feel of the collar. When you think of custom-made shirts, you tend to think of stiff, rigid collars, but with the Florence style, we deliberately use a thinner interlining than before, so that when you unbutton the top button of a button-down shirt, for example, it opens up softly and elegantly," he explains.
