How to remove water from an umbrella


Shaking the entire umbrella vigorously to remove water puts a great deal of stress on the central shaft and handle, and the accumulated stress can cause the ribs to crack, break, or bend, disrupting the overall balance of the umbrella.
Therefore, I recommend opening and closing your umbrella to remove the water. Make sure there is no one around, and open and close the umbrella two or three times towards the ground at a downward angle to remove the water.
This method utilizes the umbrella's natural movement of "opening and closing" along the central shaft, minimizing stress and avoiding factors that could disrupt the overall balance.
