Hallinrich Moser, who was active from 19th-century Switzerland to Russia and laid the foundation for Schaffhausen's current watchmaking industry, is the inspiration behind H. MOSER & CIE./H. Moser, which accepts custom orders based on the "Heritage" model featuring a hunter case, according to the diverse requests of its customers.


This year's Watch Collectors Week offers a more liberating way to enjoy watches than ever before—an advanced form of personalization—and proposes a "journey" to get to know brands more deeply and create your own ideal timepiece.

This journey begins in Schaffhausen, the birthplace of H. Moser. As you walk through the town, you can still find traces of Hallinrich Moser everywhere , from his birthplace to a park named after him. Charlotte Castle, which stands on a hill overlooking the town, was built for his wife Mayu, and the second floor is now open to the public as the Moser family museum.

Next, we headed to La Chaux-de-Fonds. This city, home to one of the world's largest watch museums, is known as one of the centers of the Swiss watch industry, and is home to many suppliers, including those that produce cases used by H. Moser & Cie., workshops that create intricate engravings, and workshops that produce enamel dials.


In these workshops, you can witness traditional handcrafting and meticulous techniques by old-fashioned artisans.
