[Event Report] Immerse yourself in the world of Monkey Punch

Lupin III had warned that he would steal the "Lupin III 50th Anniversary Pure Gold Plate & Stamp Set," but thanks to the strong security provided by Inspector Zenigata of Interpol, it was successfully thwarted! We Angels are also relieved. The events held at the main building and Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building also concluded with great success.
Thank you very much to all the customers who visited our store. For those who were unable to visit, please take a look at this page where we will be showcasing some of our collection.

I remember the shock I felt when I first read the Lupin III manga as if it were yesterday.
I was kind of shocked by Monkey Punch's artwork, which brought an American comic book-like touch to Japanese manga. And the picaresque element of a master thief gave me a sense of a sophisticated, adult world.
Just from the title, I was absolutely certain that it must be drawn by a foreign manga artist.
I was always thrilled by the coolness of each panel in the serialized manga "Lupin III."
As you all probably know, it's an amazing original work that was later adapted into a TV anime, and even had movies and stage plays made about it, all the way down to the zenzai (sweet red bean soup).
This time, I'm able to introduce Monkey Punch in my gallery. The highlight is a pure gold plate set commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Lupin manga, and you can only see a sample of it by coming to my gallery.
As a long-time fan, this is a great honor, and I'm putting even more effort into our meetings than usual.

During the exhibition period, THE GALLERY by CHALIE VICE displayed a treasured collection of Monkey Punch, whom CHALIE greatly admires, under the title "Immerse yourself in the world of Monkey Punch." CHALIE was delighted to be able to introduce his work to so many people as a fan herself.
I hope we'll have another opportunity like this, CHALLIE!
