The "Jean-Paul Hévin Chocolate Bar Marunouchi," a concept bar by Jean-Paul Hévin located inside "ISETAN SALONE MEN'S" in Marunouchi, Tokyo, is currently selling a new collection for Valentine's Day, the "2017 Valentine Limited Collection," for a limited time until February 14th (Tuesday).

A collection of specially designed boxes themed around "French Touch" are now available.

Jean-Paul Hévin's theme for this season is "FRENCH TOUCH," expressing French culture through vibrant and humorous boxes.

The new bonbon chocolates in the "2017 Valentine's Limited Collection" are the 10 varieties pictured below. "Coeur Noir Rouge" features almond and hazelnut praline coated in dark chocolate. With a hint of red miso from Mikawa, Aichi Prefecture, Japanese ingredients collaborate with chocolate. The crispy texture of the feuilletine adds a delightful accent.

The lineup also includes unique designs and flavors such as "Kiss From France," a caramel ganache infused with bergamot juice and confit, and "Kiss From Japon," a bitter bonbon chocolate inspired by the Japanese flag.
