[The Joy of Wearing a Suit] Ties can also be "made to measure." 425 different pattern orders are possible with combinations of material, embroidery, and tie width.

Would you wear a tie given to you as a gift by a woman to work, even if it doesn't suit your taste? If you answer "NO" to this question, it means you have your own particular preferences when it comes to ties. At Made to Measure on the 5th floor Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building we are accepting custom orders for Quattro Pieghhe ties made with Italian printed materials until December 25th (Sunday).

A tie is a personal pleasure for dressing in a suit.

People who wear suits often have various preferences when it comes to ties, such as "I like the color and pattern, but I want to change the width" or "I'm looking for a tie with a softer core."

With our "PATTERN ORDER PRINT TIE" pattern order service, you can combine 17 types of materials, 5 types of lucky motif embroidery, and 5 types of tie blade widths (in 0.5cm increments from 7.0 to 9.0cm) to have your preferred tie made to order in about a month and a half.

The materials we've prepared for this collection feature distinctive colors and patterns of Italian prints that are hard to find in ready-made products, catering to everyone from those who love traditional styles to those who want to incorporate trends into their ties. Furthermore, the lucky motif embroidery options include a corno, heart, clover, ladybug, and owl. Among these, the corno, which means red chili pepper, is a representative motif in Naples because red is believed to ward off evil.

A suit is an item that only truly comes together when paired with a tie of your choice.

Ryota Ishino, the stylist at Made to Measure on the 5th floor Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building who is in charge of pattern-made ties, is a staunch supporter of authentic American traditional style. He explains that his outfit of a three-piece suit with a tab-collar shirt and regimental tie is "a coordination inspired by the image of Brooks Brothers when they introduced ready-to-wear clothing in the 1920s."

Furthermore, he spoke of his love for ties, saying, "When I wear that suit, I always choose a regimental tie that is 7 centimeters wide. I hardly ever wear ties of any other width. Going without a tie when wearing a suit is unthinkable, so a suit only truly comes together when you have a tie you like."

A printed tie that beautifully complements a suit. Its stunning colors, distinct from woven or solid ties, will instantly elevate the look of your favorite suit.
