From Wednesday, November 16th, a Koji Yamanishi pop-up shop will be held at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 1F = Seasonal Goods & Accessories.

The pop-up store will be launching the Fall/Winter 2016 collection line for the first time. This season's theme is "Space Journey," expressing the diverse cultures of different planets through various materials. Special items made with unique materials will be available.

"Dragon Scales" is a work that fuses futuristic materials, combining carbon fiber, a lightweight and strong carbon fiber said to be a cutting-edge functional material of the 21st century, with a special bonding process that applies aluminum to deerskin. "The Glow of the Moon" is a work that uses the special bonding process of applying aluminum to deerskin and features a marble pattern, making the texture of the material almost imperceptible.

Each piece, imbued with the designer's strong feelings, is given a title that reflects that passion.
