Review Project #8 | We had someone try out "SIDO Waistbandless Bandage Pants®"

"Bandage Pants®," made from a fabric modified from the familiar "bandages" for use as underwear, are gaining popularity for their comfort.
Which parts are comfortable, and in what way?
We had someone actually try on the popular "SIDO Waistbandless Bandage Pants®".
We asked for their opinions on "breathability."
No stuffiness! No discomfort! Feels great!
Reviewer jojoThe pants are made with a bandage-like weave, which makes them very breathable. Also, because there is space between each thread, water does not get trapped in the fibers, preventing that unpleasant feeling.
I tried wetting it with water.
As you can see in the video, a considerable amount of water was poured on them. However, only a small amount of water remained on the pants. The remaining water was also blown away by centrifugal force, like the water-repellent glass on a car.
The pants themselves are really smooth and dry!

Although the peak of the heatwave may be over, those who work in high-temperature environments or participate in sports may find these pants more comfortable. It might even improve the quality of your work.
In fact, I felt that wearing these pants while at work allowed me to concentrate on my work more effectively.
In the summer, it gets especially stuffy, so I used to pretend to go get something while working to change my position and ventilate (!), but with these pants, it's really comfortable and I no longer waste time. It's also great for my mental health!
What's it like to wear pants without an elastic waistband?
It's a rather unique feature, but how is the actual wearing experience?
I really appreciated the quality of the material itself, the excellent three-dimensional cutting, and the fact that there was no elastic waistband.
Reviewer FerengiI was a little worried that it might be too tight since there's no elastic waistband, but in reality, I hardly noticed any shifting or slipping.
I imagine that three-dimensional cutting allows the garment to fit the body lines of many people.
If you imagine that a waistband elastic is a structure that tightens and fits the body at a "ring = point," then imagine that the Bandage Pants® fit over a "surface," and this will likely give you a more accurate sense of the actual fit. I felt that the meticulously calculated three-dimensional cutting played a significant role in the fit.
They fit well, and I appreciated the ease of opening the front when using the toilet—something you don't get with boxer shorts. There are no buttons either.

It's no exaggeration to say that these offer both the "freedom" of wearing cotton boxer shorts and the "snug fit" of wearing bikini briefs.
Furthermore, and this is a feature that I think sets them apart from cotton boxer shorts, the fabric is carefully woven using extremely fine threads, creating an air layer within, so they don't feel cold when you wear them.
In the summer, you'll enjoy its excellent breathability, while in the winter, you'll appreciate its high level of heat retention.
Incidentally, my 19-year-old second son also tried them on and said that they felt better to wear than the knit pants from another company that he usually wears, and most importantly, they were wonderful because they didn't get stuffy.
Apparently, wearing underwear or jeans that restrict your legs when going up or down steep slopes can be very uncomfortable, but despite the slightly tight size, this wasn't the case for this user.
The design philosophy of using three-dimensional cutting to ensure a comfortable fit regardless of age seems to be evident.
Please share your thoughts after wearing "Bandage Pants®" for a while.
Is it worth the price? Yes, it is!
Reviewer Ferengi
They're not constricting, they don't flap around, they're easy to put on and take off. From the perspective of someone doing the laundry, they dry incredibly quickly.
The technique of weaving thin threads together to maintain breathability was evident here as well.
Even if you plan to buy and replace items as needed, you'll need a decent budget, but I felt it was worth it considering the daily comfort it provides.

These are the pants of the future.
Reviewer jojo
① It's breathable. ② It's comfortable because there's no elastic. ③ It's comfortable because it's made of stretchy material. ④ It dries quickly even if it gets wet. ⑤ You can walk around the house in it and no one will think it's underwear. And so on, it's a product with nothing but good points.

Sidoh Bandage Pants® Boxer (No elastic waistband, 1045)
The Bandage Pants® offer exceptional breathability, preventing stuffiness and providing a stress-free wearing experience. The secret lies in their bandage-like mesh structure: the cotton material on the skin side absorbs sweat, while the polyester on the outside disperses it outwards. Because there's no elastic constriction, you're free from itching and rashes.
