We've recently been hearing a lot of comments from customers saying, "I like the design, but I want to be particular about the color or change the material." We try our best to reflect customer feedback in our selection of shoe brands and items, but our sales floor space is limited, so the number of ready-made shoes we offer is inevitably limited.
Pattern orders and full bespoke shoes are for people who are particular about their shoes and want designs, colors, and materials that aren't available in ready-made shoes. These customers come to the brand's order events, which are held once a year or twice a year for about a week.

Our store is popular with customers who want to enjoy conversations with the CEOs and designers of the visiting brands, but we also receive many requests from customers who say they "absolutely cannot make it to Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building during that period" or "wonder if they can place an order before or after that period." Therefore, we have made pattern ordering, which was previously only available once or twice a year for each brand, a permanent feature, and have established a system to meet the detailed requests of our customers.

Pattern orders and full custom orders allow you to fulfill requests such as not only a perfect fit in terms of size, but also changes in color and upper material, changing the lining color, or switching to a more comfortable rubber sole. Furthermore, Edward Green also allows you to select the width and shoe last.

Additionally, for pattern orders, we offer "order kits" for each brand, so we can accommodate requests to "compare brands." Pattern orders typically cost 20-30% more. Also, the delivery time may be faster than orders placed at order events, so please ask a stylist in-store.
