Every object is imbued with tradition.
-- Mr. Yoshikawa, you are a business owner in the manufacturing industry. Do you enjoy making things?
Yoshikawa : I love cars, bicycles, and drawing, and I love making things by hand. Our factory employs about 100 people, ranging from young people in their 20s and 30s to elderly people in their 70s. However, I feel that the transfer of skills from veterans to younger employees is not going well, so we have deliberately not set numerical targets at the factory. Instead, we aim to improve communication not only within the company but also with external parties such as customers and suppliers, both above and below us.
—Manufacturing things and making clothes are quite similar, aren't they?
Watching the work of Mr. Yoshikawa Rubinacci and Mr. Mogi, it's just like craftsmanship. Every product has a tradition, and I think the true quality of RUBINACCI will emerge as you continue to wear this suit. I believe Mr. Rubinacci learned from someone and spent many years establishing his current position, and that he will carry on that legacy.
