welcome home
Mr. Shimaji is scheduled to be at the bar every weekend this month, so we encourage customers from all over Japan and overseas to stop by the salon. Please check the schedule here. Salon de Shimaji - Information on Mr. Katsuhiko Shimaji's visits
Well, today, several customers came in around the time Mr. Shimaji was scheduled to arrive.

Shimaji: "Welcome back."
Customer: "I'm home."
When customers are visiting for the first time, they often have a lot of question marks floating above their heads.
Shimaji : "Here, instead of saying 'Welcome,' we say 'Welcome back.' And when you leave, we say 'Have a good day.' 'Have a good day' carries the meaning of 'Go and come back safely.' It's used in high-class restaurants, isn't it? We say it because we want you to come back here again. And when you do come back, we welcome you back with 'Welcome back' to express our gratitude."

With that, customers who came into the bar today were drawn in by Ms. Shimaji and enjoyed a wonderful time.

This week's quote
This week's alcohol
Tomatin 12 Year Old <br>The bottle has been redesigned. Tomatin is located in the Scottish Highlands, in a mountainous area near Loch Ness, famous for the Loch Ness Monster. It has a unique maturation method, starting with storage in bourbon barrels, then transferring to new American oak barrels, and finally finishing in sherry casks.
The flavor, likely derived from the sherry casks, has a sweetness that creates notes of caramel and raisins. Please give it a try.
