What is SENSY?
SENSY is a free fashion app powered by artificial intelligence, jointly developed by Keio University and Chiba University. The app features clothing from partner brands, and by selecting "likes" and "dislikes," the AI learns the user's sensibilities. As the user continues to use the app, the AI learns and then suggests fashion that matches the user's preferences. There are over 2,500 partner fashion brands. The app also features a "Sense Link function" that allows users to access the fashion sense of celebrities, such as models and stylists. Furthermore, it is possible to access e-commerce sites where selected items can be purchased.

Isetan Shinjuku Main Store Launches New Customer Service Using SENSY<br>We are launching a new customer service using SENSY, an "artificial intelligence customer service." This service uses SENSY installed on customers' smartphones or on tablet devices used by in-store stylists to provide customer service. SENSY analyzes the customer's preferences and makes suggestions that are more tailored to their tastes. In the near future, we aim to install SENSY on humanoid robots and digital signage to realize a new form of shopping where customers can "shop while consulting with artificial intelligence."
