Cherish good things and use them for a long time: BROOKLYN's personal notebook

"Are you satisfied with your current planner?"

With the philosophy of "cherishing good things for a long time," BROOKLYN MUSEUM continues to innovate while inheriting Japanese technology and tradition. Responding to customer requests for "an easy-to-use planner," Brooklyn MUSEUM pursued and researched "what makes a planner truly satisfying," resulting in the creation of their personal planner…

"A convenient planner that includes a timeline for weekends as well."

Brooklyn considers the "weekly" planner to be the most important feature. The time axis is vertical (vertical type), and there is enough space to write down schedules and points for both weekdays and weekends. Even those who work on Saturdays and Sundays can manage their schedules in the same way as weekdays. Brooklyn knows that by deciding on the general framework for the week and taking action, it becomes possible to review and correct it, and this iterative process leads to better results in the long run. In addition, the time schedule allows for entries for 16 hours, from 8 am to midnight, to accommodate a wide variety of work styles and personal lives.

“Free memo space”
The planner has been improved to allow users to freely write in high-priority items, removing pre-written sections such as 'Memo, To Do, Tel, Fax, E-mail'. Following the principle of writing from left to right, the memo section is placed on the left page. This makes it easier to plan your schedule while referring to the memo section, resulting in a more user-friendly layout.

"Designed for writing with a fountain pen"
We've paid close attention to the paper used in our notebooks, making it just thin enough so that oil-based fountain pen ink doesn't bleed through. The perfect thickness—not too thin, not too thick—allows you to truly appreciate the "goodness of handwriting," adding a little joy to the process of writing your schedule.
