I've never worn a houndstooth coat before because I thought they had a stiff, formal feel, but I chose this Raf Simons coat because I found the rounded silhouette and the details on the elbows interesting in a good way, as they create a nice imbalance with the pattern.
It's fun to play around with styling by taking advantage of the classic pattern with accents of primary colors! Furthermore, this coat is convenient because you can throw it on over everything else without having to worry about the balance with your inner layers.

Since the overall outfit is a loose style with increased sizing, I deliberately chose something slimmer, also from Raf Simons. I like the interesting design where the pattern connects when you don't wrap it and just let it hang, and I also like the detail that specifies how to wear it, such as just clipping both ends with bands.

This time I paired a patterned coat with a scarf, but if you're going to wear it this way, it might be fun to try a style where the scarf, coat, and inner layer are all in the same color family, making people wonder, "What is she wearing?" (laughs).

On my feet are the Nike Dunk sneakers I've been collecting lately. I chose orange from the five colors I've collected in the last month, picking up a color from the court. I've always loved Nike, and I'm drawn to the Dunk because it has a classic shape in a good way, and the color range has many options that suit my current mood.

I'm a little sad that the Heisei era, which used to be the time when people would say, "You were born in the Heisei era? You're so young!", is coming to an end... But this winter, I want to go snowboarding with my friends in my hometown of Nagano!
In the city center, you can easily stay warm and enjoy fashion simply by adjusting how you tie your scarf, but in Nagano, it's nowhere near cold enough to just let your scarf hang loosely (lol). So, I just want to wrap it around myself without thinking too much and actively enjoy winter.
