The reservation system currently in operation was first introduced at the "Men's Fashion Fair" held in May 2016. As a result, approximately 80% of the customers who made reservations were first-time users of made-to-measure clothing, and they filled out the questions regarding their "budget and preferred style" in detail, with some even specifying the "situation in which they would wear the clothes."

Building on the success of this reservation system, a "stylist reservation system" was introduced to Made to Measure in the fall of 2016. This system aims to make bespoke tailoring, which was previously perceived as intimidating for first-time customers, more accessible, allowing them to engage in in-depth discussions about suits with their chosen stylist.

Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 5th Floor, the Made-to-Measure stylists underwent testing against the same standards for the introduction of this reservation system, covering everything from understanding trends and fabrics to knowledge of classic (formal) styles and measurement techniques. The reservation form displays a matrix that allows customers to see the characteristics of each stylist at a glance.

With its three strengths—a wide variety of fabrics, a broad range of tailoring (style) options, and the strong individuality of its stylists—Made to Measure allows you to have a suit tailored to your true preferences by combining "fabric, brand (style), and person." The lineup includes "HOUSE OF TAILOR," where eight Japanese tailors present their worldview through a full range of items; the international "WORLD BESPOKE TAILOR"; and "HOUSESTYLE OF ISETANMITSUKOSHI," which embodies the history and sensibilities of Isetan Men's, catering to a variety of orders.
