It's a shoe exhibition, hence the name "Shoe Expo." And because we want to focus on Japanese craftsmen, technology, and factories, we added "JAPAN." It was with these ideas that the "JAPAN Shoe Expo" began last year. At the first event last year, we allowed participating brands to "freely express what they love," surprising and impacting shoe enthusiasts and the shoe industry alike. This year's second event has the theme of "Forbidden Collaboration." From the true essence of collaboration—a "serious clash between creators" and "challenging the impossible"—22 pairs of shoes that "no one has ever seen before" have been born. From Wednesday, February 3rd to Tuesday, February 16th, Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building will host "PITTI IMMAGINE UOMO at ISETAN MEN'S". The event will showcase the Spring/Summer 2016 collections and limited-edition items from brands exhibiting at Pitti Immagine Uomo, the largest men's fashion trade fair, expressing the world of Pitti on each floor.
