SHIWA SUIT | The concept is "a suit with beautiful wrinkles."

"SHIWA SUIT" is the first project conceived from scratch by Yataro Matsuura, Creative Officer of Papas.
The inspiration for this project came from Yataro Matsuura's trip to Paris, where he spent time wearing Papas linen suits. His experience of visiting a city and developing a deep connection with it inspired him to create a suit that could be worn not only for work or special occasions, but also as an everyday garment. Linen becomes more comfortable with each wear, developing a rich character as wrinkles develop. It's a suit that can be worn casually for walks, shopping, or travel—a garment that truly complements everyday life.

The jacket features a relaxed fit around the shoulders and three patch pockets. It also boasts a double-layered design with hand pockets overlaid on the waist patch pockets, as well as shallow chest pockets and a pen pocket, all designed with everyday usability in mind.
These two-pleat trousers, designed with a higher rise, can be worn in three different ways: with a belt, side adjusters, or suspenders.
