[Regarding sales methods on October 25th (Saturday)]
Customers wishing to make a purchase should come to the staircase next to Wacko Maria on the 6th floor Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building .
A lottery to determine the order of entry will be held at 10:15 AM. (If you are late for the lottery, you will not be able to participate, regardless of the reason.)
To alleviate congestion, we will prioritize customers who have linked their MI Card with the Mitsukoshi Isetan app when starting the lottery and entry process.
*This includes those who have applied for an MI Card in advance.
►Click here for instructions on how to download the Mitsukoshi Isetan app and apply for a new MI Card.
*Please note that applications submitted through any URL other than the one provided above will not be eligible.

[Requests to our customers]
Please bring a photo ID with you on the day of the event.
・If you show the card linking screen from your My Page in the app when the lottery is held, you will be able to participate in the priority lottery. Please complete the card/app linking process before the lottery starts.
Please note that if you have not completed the lottery by the start time, you will not be able to participate in the priority lottery for any reason.
If you have not completed the linking process by the start time of the lottery, the lottery will be conducted after the priority lottery has finished.
・Depending on the number of customers who have partnered with us, the number of winning slots may be filled. In that case, we will end the lottery, so please understand in advance.
If you are late for the lottery, you will be asked to join the end of the line of those who have already participated in the lottery.
・Only payments made in the name of the customer who entered the venue will be considered valid.
• We do not allow the transfer or exchange of raffle tickets to friends, family, or anyone else. If this is discovered, you will be denied entry.
・If there are many interested buyers, you may not be selected in the lottery even if you participate. Also, even if you are selected in the lottery, there is a possibility that you will not be able to purchase the item.
・Even if you win the lottery, please be aware that it may take some time before we can contact you.
Purchase limits may be set on the day of the event.
Please note that we are unable to accept orders, cash-on-delivery orders, or reservations by phone.
