During the period mentioned above, we will be holding a "Recycling Campaign" at the Men's Fashion Fair venue. Bring your unwanted clothing and fashion accessories to the store. The first 300 customers who bring items in will receive a 1,000 yen shopping voucher that can be used at the Men's Fashion Fair.

PASSTO is
PASSTO is a resource recycling service operated by ECOMMIT Co., Ltd. "PASSTO" is a coined word, a shortened version of "PASS TO," meaning "to pass on to the next person, to connect to the future."
PASSTO serves as an entry point for resource recycling in places close to people's homes, "collecting" unwanted items that are no longer needed, "sorting" them for optimal use, and creating a cycle of "reuse and recycling" to give them a new life. The reuse and recycling rate of clothing collected by PASSTO is approximately 98%. Compared to simple incineration, it also contributes to reducing CO2 emissions.

◆List of items to be collected Clothing items: Men's clothing, women's clothing, and children's clothing as listed below: Tops, bottoms, jackets/coats, shirts, skirts
Fashion accessories included: hats, leather goods (wallets), bags, belts, shoes, umbrellas (folding only)

◆Notes regarding collection: Only items brought in by MI W members (MI W members are customers who have downloaded the Mitsukoshi Isetan app and linked their MI Card) will be accepted for collection.
*Membership registration is available on the day of the event. Please present your coupon on the Mitsukoshi Isetan app and swipe during the event period.
Each person may bring in a maximum of 4 items.
*Limited to one entry per person . All brands accepted. (Items purchased outside of Mitsukoshi Isetan are also accepted.)
Socks, underwear, shoes (stained items are not accepted; please pack them individually in bags), swimwear, uniforms, kimonos, yukatas, cosmetics, jewelry, and other items that are missing parts or are broken are not accepted for collection.
- Suits and other clothing sets (top and bottom) are counted as one item each.
- Washing is required before bringing your items in.
Wet items cannot be collected.
Please put anything that might scatter into a bag.
・We cannot accept requests to return products (clothing, etc.) that have been collected from us after we have received them.
Please check in advance whether any of your personal belongings (wallet, mobile phone, etc.) are mixed in with the items (clothing, etc.) that we collect from you. If it is discovered that you have not checked in advance, we will not be able to assist you.

◆Notes regarding shopping vouchers : Regardless of the number of items you bring in, you will receive one 1,000 yen shopping voucher.
・Valid for purchases of 22,000 yen or more (including tax) at the Men's Fashion Fair venue from May 12th (Mon) to May 18th (Sun), 2025.
Limited to the first 300 people.

I'm Green is a buyback service operated by employees of Mitsukoshi Isetan. During the period mentioned above, we will be holding a "Buyback Event". Please feel free to contact us regarding bags, precious metals, watches, etc. that you no longer use.

If you visit our event, we will provide an immediate appraisal and purchase your items by paying you in cash or via bank transfer.
Please bring identification documents with you when you visit our store.

*On Friday, May 9th, you will need to present your MI Card.

During the event period, MI Card installment payments (3 to 10 installments) will be interest-free at the "Men's Fashion Fair".

*Installment payment fees for transactions changed to installment payments via "Post-Purchase Installment/Revolving Payment" are not eligible for this campaign.
* "MI Card" is a general term for cards issued by MI Card Co., Ltd.
*Online payments for made-to-measure custom-made dress shirts are not eligible for this campaign.
*If your card usage date falls within the campaign period, you will be eligible for this campaign.
*You cannot exceed the installment payment limit on your card.
*For this campaign, transaction terms other than installment payment fees (3-10 installments) are as per the membership agreement.
