Regarding the pre-registration lottery

Procedure Flow

- Application deadline for lottery: Until 11:59 PM on Friday, October 25th - Lottery results will be displayed from 3:00 PM on Sunday, October 27th - Purchase of free tickets: Until 5:00 PM on Monday, October 28th - Announcement of entry order: From noon on Tuesday, October 29th

Requests regarding your application

・When applying, please be sure to enter the customer number listed on your MI Card Plus or the "application number" listed in the new application completion email. Please note that applications will be invalid if the information is not provided or if the number is incorrect.
Please ensure you complete the procedure by the deadline. If you miss the deadline, you will be excluded from the lottery.
This is a lottery to determine the order of sales and does not guarantee the purchase of the product.
・If there are many applicants, you may not be selected even if you participate in the lottery.
Please refrain from making inquiries regarding the lottery results.
Each person may only apply once. Multiple applications will be disqualified from the lottery.
Your winning entry will be confirmed upon purchase of a free ticket.

Requests regarding admission

Please prepare items 1-3 below in advance before entering the venue.
1. Photo ID for identity verification on the day of the event (e.g., driver's license, passport, resident registration card with photo, special permanent resident certificate, etc.)
2. MI Card Plus or MI Card Plus application completion email
3. Please bring your smartphone capable of displaying your admission ticket. Please have your admission ticket ready to display before joining the queue.
Please note that we cannot accept expired identification documents, copies or photographs of them, or multiple identification documents without a photograph.
Please arrive at the designated location by the scheduled time. If you are late for your appointment, your reservation will be invalidated, regardless of the reason.
• Your admission ticket will be displayed on your smartphone. Please display your admission ticket before joining the queue. Please note that screenshots of your screen will not be accepted.
・Entry will be granted only after verifying that the name on your application matches the name on your identification document. Please note that those who do not have the above-mentioned identification document for identity verification will not be admitted.
Depending on the crowd situation on the day, you may have to wait for a long time before entering. Please allow ample time for your visit.

Requests regarding your purchase

On the first day only, there will be a purchase limit of one item per style for pajamas and outerwear, and two items per style for towels, socks, and hats. Depending on the crowd situation, purchase limits may also be imposed on subsequent days. Thank you for your understanding.
・If there are many people wishing to purchase items, depending on the order of entry, you may not be able to purchase the item you want.
・We do not allow customers to lend or borrow smartphones from other customers who have won. If this is discovered, both customers will be refused service.
・Shopping is limited to the person who has already applied for an admission ticket.
Depending on the crowd situation on the day, we may limit the time you can spend shopping.
We do not offer reservations.
Please note that we do not accept orders by phone, through Mitsukoshi Isetan Remote Shopping, or via cash on delivery.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons.
Due to anticipated crowds during the event period, please refrain from making inquiries about stock availability.
