British fragrance house PENHALIGON'S will release a new cocktail-inspired fragrance, "The Dandy Eau de Parfum," on Wednesday, September 4th. To coincide with this release, Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 1F Cosmetics will be holding a PENHALIGON'S The Dandy new product promotion from Wednesday, September 11th to Tuesday, September 17th.
