Depending on the number of customers who have entered through the lottery, we may distribute "admission tickets" after 4:00 PM on Wednesday, February 21st.

Please inform a staff member if you wish to receive one. Distribution may be closed once the planned number of items has been reached. Please note that changes may be made without prior notice depending on the situation on the day.

To prevent confusion and problems at stores during the pre-sale on Wednesday, February 21st, we will be conducting a pre-sale lottery online and will be using a lottery system for entry to the store. 

* Please note that applications for the admission lottery on Wednesday, February 21st are limited to MI Card Plus members only . 

The following two items are required to apply for the admission lottery.

The pre-registration lottery will be conducted via the [Mitsukoshi Isetan Remote Shopping App]. 

If you wish to participate in the entry lottery on Wednesday, February 21st, please apply through the entry lottery application form in the sacai(men)/Sacai menu. Even if you are purchasing women's items, please apply here.

1. [MI Card Plus] 

Please enter the 10-digit customer number printed on your MI Card Plus into the entry lottery application form. 

*The card number ( 16 digits) will be invalid. 

Even if you don't have an MI Card Plus, you can participate in the lottery by applying via the link below. 

(In that case, you will need the application number that will be sent to you after your application is complete.)

*Customers who have newly applied for MI Card Plus should enter the "Application Number (11 digits)" listed in the application confirmation email into the entry lottery application form. 

Application period 

■ Application period: From 6:00 PM on Wednesday, February 14th to 6:00 PM on Sunday, February 18th

■ Notification of Winners: After 6:00 PM on Monday, February 19th *Only winners will receive a notification.  

How to apply 

For those wishing to enter the venue for the sale on Wednesday, February 21st, please review the application guidelines before applying. 

*Please note that if you do not agree to the application terms and conditions, we will have to refuse your purchase.

Register the sacai(men)/Sacai shop using the Pick Up tag.

2. Submit the form from the entry lottery application form in the chat screen menu.

3. Application complete (Your application is complete once you submit it.) 

The results of the application will be announced only to the winners. On Monday, February 19th, after 6:00 PM, the entry time and meeting place for the day will be notified via chat on the Mitsukoshi Isetan remote shopping app, sacai(men)/Sacai .

• Application Notes 

*Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified from the drawing. 

*Outside of the lottery application period, applications other than those submitted through the Mitsukoshi Isetan remote shopping app " sacai(men)/Sacai" will be considered invalid. 

*Please refrain from making inquiries regarding the winning results. 

*This is a lottery to determine the order of entry and does not guarantee the purchase of any products. 

*If there are many people wishing to purchase an item, depending on your entry order, you may not be able to purchase the item you want. 

*Depending on the number of applications, we may limit the number of items you can purchase. 

*Entry and purchase will be limited to the winning customer only. 

*Please bring a photo ID (such as a driver's license, My Number Card, passport, Basic Resident Register Card, Special Permanent Resident Certificate, or Residence Card) with you on the day of your appointment, as we will need to verify your identity. 

*If you win, please note that depending on the store's congestion, we may limit your shopping time or allow you to enter the store. You may also have to wait, so please allow ample time for your visit. 

*Please note that lending or borrowing of smartphones by winning customers is not permitted. Winning confirmation via screenshots is not accepted. Please be sure to show the app screen. 

*We regret that we cannot accept credit card use or payments from anyone other than the winning customer. 

*We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons. Thank you for your understanding. 

*Please note that the information posted may be changed or canceled without notice due to various circumstances. Please be sure to check our website before visiting. 

Please note that depending on the number of applications for the admission lottery, we may open the venue to the general public in the afternoon of February 21st (Wednesday). If this happens, we will make an announcement on this page around 10:00 AM on February 20th (Tuesday). 

Telephone reservations, orders placed via telephone or Mitsukoshi Isetan Remote Shopping, and cash-on-delivery deliveries will only be available from Monday, February 26th onwards, provided the items are in stock.
