[Regarding admission procedures]

On days when crowds are expected, we will implement entry restrictions through advance reservations (first-come, first-served/free of charge).

Customers wishing to visit us on the dates and times listed below are requested to make a reservation in advance.

Reservations will begin on Sunday, January 22nd at 6:00 PM.

■ Period for advance reservation entry
January 25th (Wed) - January 29th (Sun), 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM each day

*For dates other than those listed above, advance reservations are not required. However, during peak hours, we may implement entry restrictions or distribute numbered tickets.

*Please note that the guidance method may change depending on the crowd situation on the day.

■Meeting Place: Staircase next to the smoking area on the 1st floor of the Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building

*Registration will close as soon as the maximum number of participants is reached.

*Only one application per person is allowed. When applying, you will be asked to enter your personal information. If it is discovered that one person has applied for multiple slots, all applications will be invalidated. Please be aware of this in advance.

*Admission tickets do not guarantee the purchase of any merchandise.

*We will limit the number of items you can purchase.

*Please note that the event details may be changed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.

■ Requests regarding admission

Please prepare the following items in advance before entering the venue.

1. Photo ID for identity verification on the day of the event (driver's license, resident registration card with photo, special permanent resident certificate, passport, residence card, My Number card, disability certificate, student ID)

2. Please bring your smartphone capable of displaying your admission ticket. Please have your admission ticket ready before joining the queue.

Screenshots of the screen will not be accepted.

Please note that we cannot accept expired identification documents, copies or photographs of such documents, or multiple identification documents without a photograph.

Customers whose names do not match those on their photo ID will not be allowed to queue. Thank you for your understanding.

Only customers who have already applied for an admission ticket via PassMarket will be admitted.

On the day of your appointment, please arrive at the designated location ( Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 1st floor, staircase next to the smoking area) by the scheduled time.

Depending on the crowd situation on the day, you may have to wait for a long time before entering. Please allow ample time for your visit.

During this period, we ask that you wear a mask at Isetan Shinjuku store to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

■ Requests regarding your purchase

・Entry is limited to the customer who made the reservation. Please note that lending or borrowing of customers' smartphones is prohibited. If this is discovered, both customers will be refused service.

Depending on the crowd situation on the day, we may limit the time you spend shopping.

We do not offer reservations.

We do not accept orders by phone, through Mitsukoshi Isetan Remote Shopping, or via cash on delivery.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons.

Due to anticipated crowds during the event period, please refrain from making inquiries about stock availability.
