Special NEIGHBORHOOD items will be released on January 2nd, 2023 (Monday, substitute holiday) at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building Building 6th floor, Men's Contemporary. Details of the items will be released sequentially on this page or on the official Instagram account of Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 6th floor, Men's Contemporary ( isetanmens_contemporary ).

Please note that on January 2nd (Monday, substitute holiday), the first day of sales, a lottery will be held in advance for entry, so please check the details.

For those wishing to enter on January 2nd (Monday, substitute holiday), please apply for the lottery for entry between noon on December 26th (Monday) and noon on December 28th (Wednesday).
■Procedure Flow

・Lottery application deadline: Wednesday, December 28th, 12:00 PM
- Lottery results will be displayed from 6:00 PM on Wednesday, December 28th.
• Purchase free tickets until 10:00 AM on Friday, December 30th.
*Please note that we may restrict entry depending on the crowd situation.

• Admission tickets do not guarantee the purchase of any merchandise.
・Only one application per person is allowed.
Please note that if it is discovered that one person has applied for multiple slots, all applications will be invalidated.

If you miss the deadline, you will not be eligible for the lottery or admission.
- You will receive an email with your entry order, entry time, and meeting place after 6:00 PM on Friday, December 30th.
■ Requests regarding admission

Your entry time will be notified by email after the lottery on PassMarket.
Customers who have been selected for admission through a pre-event lottery must bring a photo ID and a smartphone for identity verification on the day of the event.
(Please bring one of the following: driver's license, passport, resident registration card with photo, special permanent resident certificate, residence status card, student ID with photo, My Number card, or disability certificate.)
Please note that we cannot accept expired identification documents, copies or photographs of such documents, or multiple identification documents without a photograph.
Please arrive at the designated location by the scheduled time. If you are late for your appointment, your reservation will be invalidated, regardless of the reason.
• Your admission ticket will be displayed on your smartphone. Please display your admission ticket before joining the queue. Please note that screenshots of your screen will not be accepted.
・Entry will be granted only after verifying that the name on your application matches the name on your photo ID. Please note that those who do not have a photo ID for identity verification will not be admitted.
Only customers who have already applied for an admission ticket via PassMarket will be admitted. (Accompanying guests will not be admitted.)
On the day of your appointment, please arrive at the designated location ( Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 6th floor, staircase next to Wacko Maria ) by the scheduled time. If you are late for your appointment, your appointment will be forfeited for any reason.
Depending on the crowd situation on the day, you may have to wait for a long time before entering. Please allow ample time for your visit.
・Customers who did not participate in the lottery will be served in order of availability, once all lottery participants have been served. Please ask a staff member on the day for more details.
・In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are restricting access to entrances and exits.
During this period, we ask that you wear a mask at Isetan Shinjuku store to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

■ Requests regarding your purchase

・Depending on the number of applications, we may implement purchase restrictions. Thank you for your understanding.
・Entry will be limited to the customer who was selected in the lottery. Please note that lending or borrowing of the winning customer's smartphone is prohibited. If this is discovered, both customers will be refused service.
・Purchases are limited to the customer who was selected in the lottery. Furthermore, we will not allow the use of credit cards or entry by anyone other than the winning customer. If this is discovered, we will refuse the purchase.
・If there are many people wishing to purchase, there is a possibility that you may not be able to purchase even if you line up.
・Some items are not available.
Depending on the crowd situation on the day, we may limit the time you can spend shopping.
Please note that we are unable to accept reservations, telephone orders, or cash-on-delivery orders.
Please note that quantities are limited, and we apologize if an item is out of stock.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons.
Due to anticipated crowds during the event period, please refrain from making inquiries about stock availability.

[Business Hours during the Year-End and New Year Holidays]
Isetan Shinjuku Store will be open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, December 31st. The event hall on the 6th floor of the main building will be open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the food section on the basement floor of the main building will be open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Please note that our store will be closed on January 1st (Sunday/public holiday).
Our New Year's sale begins on January 2nd (Monday, substitute holiday) at 10:00 AM and we will be open until 7:30 PM.
