Customers wishing to purchase items should come to the stairs next to the Cosmetics/Aesop section on the 1st floor Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building , by 10:05 AM. A lottery will be held to determine the order of entry. (Please note that if you are late for the lottery, you will not be able to participate in the lottery for any reason.)
・If there are many people wishing to purchase an item, there is a possibility that you may not be able to purchase the item you want even if you come to the store.
The lottery is only to determine the order of entry and does not guarantee the purchase of any products. Thank you for your understanding.
Depending on the crowd situation on the day, you may have to wait for a long time before entering.
・In case of congestion, we may prioritize customers with an MI Card. If you do not have one, please complete your application in advance to receive priority service.
