N.HOOLYWOOD and Champion, who announced their collaboration called "NEW WEAVE" in 2021, are releasing their second capsule collection in limited quantities. It will be available from November 23rd (Wednesday, public holiday) at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 6th floor, Men's Contemporary.

Check out the meticulously crafted items from designer Daisuke Obana , who started his career at a vintage clothing store and owns a rare vintage Champion sweatshirt.

This collection is a reinterpretation of Champion's signature REVERSE WEAVE®️ manufacturing method, but reconstructed using three-dimensional cutting techniques.
This second collection features hooded sweatshirts and crewneck sweatshirts with the unique layered rib (double rib) design seen in 1990s "USA Champion" products, as well as updated flared sweatpants. A new high-neck sweatshirt is also added, bringing the total to four styles. Green and T. Gray are added as new colors, and multi-color options are available for the hooded shirts and crewneck sweatshirts.

This sweatshirt, constructed with a three-dimensional cut that conforms to the body, is made from a single piece of fabric from the front through the sleeves to the back. This season, it features a center seam, a ribbed neck, and elbow patches. The sleeves have a rounded shape that tucks inward, and the silhouette is relaxed and wide, using the same 11.5 oz brushed fleece material as Reverse Weave®. Green is an original color created specifically for this collaboration. Available in four colors: black, T. gray, green, and multi.

This season's new high-neck top is constructed using a three-dimensional cutting technique. It's made from a single piece of fabric, from the front through the sleeves to the back. It features a center seam and a double ribbed neckline. The sleeves have a rounded shape that curves inward, and the overall silhouette is relaxed and wide. It uses the same 11.5-ounce brushed fleece material as Reverse Weave®. Available in three colors: black, T. Gray, and green.

These sweatpants are constructed with a three-dimensional cut that conforms to the body, and feature a gusseted rib in the crotch for ease of movement and increased range of motion. They have a clean, slim flare silhouette, and Champion's C logo patch is placed on the left waist and below the left leg. They are made from the same 11.5 oz brushed fleece material used in Reverse Weave®. Available in three colors: black, T. Grey, and green.

Comment from designer Daisuke Obana: In the 1980s, when Champion began developing products featuring the brand logo and was starting to firmly establish itself in the market, many new challenges and designs were released. The new and exciting color schemes and designs released in the early 1990s were met with mixed reactions. In recent years, it has become well known that many of these unusual Champion designs, especially those from the 1990s onward, are fetching premium prices far beyond what one might imagine. This season's "NEW WEAVE" focuses on the deformed reverse weave, which was born in this chaotic era and is now considered a "masterpiece," and has been designed with the aim of creating a new premium vintage item for the future.
