Brooks Brothers | The 80s "6-button shirt" is back! Mitsukoshi Isetan exclusive colors are also available.
The six-button shirt, a style used by Brooks Brothers before the 1980s, is making a comeback. A striped version in a color exclusive to Mitsukoshi Isetan will be available from September 17th (Saturday) at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 7th floor, Men's Authentic.
Based on Brooks Brothers ' archives, this piece faithfully reproduces not only the six-button front closure but also the fine details such as the tags. The hemline, back yoke shape, and cuff width all accurately reflect the details of the 1980s.
Shirt: 20,900 yen
The shirt is made from high-quality Oxford fabric using American-grown Supima cotton, and is carefully sewn in a long-established Japanese shirt factory. The buttons are made of super-durable polyester.
It comes in two colors. The striped version is an exclusive color only available at Mitsukoshi Isetan, so get yours while you can.
