• Admission tickets do not guarantee the purchase of any merchandise.

・Only one application per person is allowed.

Please note that if it is discovered that one person has applied for multiple slots, all applications will be invalidated.

Please ensure that you complete the procedures by the respective deadlines.

If you miss the deadline, you will not be eligible for the lottery or admission.

Additionally, an email containing information regarding your entry order, entry time, and meeting place will be sent around noon on August 9th (Tuesday).

■ Requests regarding admission

Please prepare items 1-3 below in advance before entering the venue.

1. A government-issued photo ID for identity verification on the day of the event (one of the following: driver's license, resident registration card with photo, special permanent resident certificate, passport, residence card, My Number card, or disability certificate).

2. MI Card or MI Card application completion email

3. Please bring your smartphone capable of displaying your admission ticket. Please have your admission ticket ready to display before joining the queue.

Screenshots of the screen will not be accepted.

Please note that we cannot accept expired identification documents, copies or photographs of such documents, or multiple identification documents without a photograph.
Customers whose name does not match the name on their official photo ID or the name on the MI Card or the MI Card online application completion email screen will not be allowed to join the queue. Please be aware of this in advance.

Only customers who have already applied for an admission ticket via PassMarket will be admitted.

(We regret that we cannot allow accompanying guests to enter.)

On the day of your appointment, please come to the designated location ( Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 1st floor, main entrance) by the scheduled time.

Depending on the crowd situation on the day, you may have to wait for a long time before entering. Please allow ample time for your visit.

・In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are restricting access to entrances and exits.

During this period, we ask that you wear a mask at Isetan Shinjuku store to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

■ Requests regarding your purchase

・Depending on the number of applications, we may implement purchase restrictions. Thank you for your understanding.

・Entry will be limited to the customer who was selected in the lottery. Please note that lending or borrowing of the winning customer's smartphone is prohibited. If this is discovered, both customers will be refused service.

Depending on the crowd situation on the day, we may limit the time you can spend shopping.

We do not offer reservations.

Orders placed by phone, through Mitsukoshi Isetan Remote Shopping, and cash-on-delivery orders will be available from August 15th (Monday).

Please note that quantities are limited, and we apologize if an item is out of stock.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons.

Due to anticipated crowds during the event period, please refrain from making inquiries about stock availability.
