■ Requests regarding admission

Please prepare items 1-3 below in advance before entering the venue.
1. Proof of identity to be presented on the day of the event (e.g., driver's license, passport, health insurance card, resident registration card with photo, special permanent resident certificate, etc.)
2. MI Card Plus or MI Card Plus application completion email
3. Please bring your smartphone capable of displaying your admission ticket. Please have your admission ticket ready to display before joining the queue.

Screenshots of the screen will not be accepted.
Please note that we cannot accept expired identification documents, copies or photographs of such documents, or multiple identification documents without a photograph.
We will verify that the name on your application matches the name on your photo ID and the name on your MI Card Plus before selling you the tickets. Please note that if you do not have a photo ID for identity verification, you will not be admitted.
・Two people, including the customer who has applied for an admission ticket via PassMarket, will be admitted.
However, purchases are limited to the person who applied for the admission ticket.
On the day of your visit, please come to the designated location ( Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 1st floor, next to The Stage) by the scheduled time.
Depending on the crowd situation on the day, you may have to wait for a long time before entering. Please allow ample time for your visit.
・In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are restricting access to entrances and exits.
During this period, we ask that you wear a mask at Isetan Shinjuku store to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

■ Requests regarding your purchase

・If there are many people wishing to purchase items, depending on the order of entry, you may not be able to purchase the item you want.
Entry will be limited to the customer who applied for the admission ticket and one accompanying person, for a total of two people. Please note that lending or borrowing of the winning customer's smartphone is prohibited. If this is discovered, both customers will be refused entry.

・Shopping is limited to the person who has already applied for an admission ticket.
Depending on the number of applications, we may limit the number of items you can purchase.
Depending on the crowd situation on the day, we may limit the time you spend shopping.
We do not offer reservations.
Please note that we do not accept orders by phone, through Mitsukoshi Isetan Remote Shopping, or via cash on delivery.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons.
