Regarding the sales method on Wednesday, February 9th

Customers wishing to make a purchase should come to the stairs next to Wacko Maria in the Men's Contemporary section on the 6th floor Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building . A lottery to determine the order of entry will be held from 10:15 AM on Wednesday, February 9th.

*If you are late for the drawing time, you will not be able to participate in the drawing for any reason.

Requests to our customers

This is the order in which entry will be determined, and does not guarantee a purchase.

・If there are many people wishing to purchase, there is a possibility that you may not be able to purchase even if you line up.

・Each customer is limited to a maximum of 3 items, and can only purchase one item per product code.

Please note that we are unable to accept orders, cash-on-delivery orders, or reservations by phone.

・In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are restricting access to entrances and exits.

・In order to prevent overcrowding inside the building and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we may implement entry restrictions. Please allow ample time for your visit.

Please note that the start time of the lottery may be delayed depending on the situation regarding entry restrictions into the building.
