- Lottery results will be displayed around 6:00 PM on Wednesday, October 27th.

• Purchase free tickets until noon on Friday, October 29th.

*Please be sure to complete the procedures by the respective deadlines.

*If you miss the deadline, you will not be eligible for the lottery or admission.

Additionally, an email containing information regarding your entry order, entry time, and meeting place will be sent to you around 6:00 PM on Friday, October 29th .

*Only one application per person is allowed. Multiple applications will be disqualified from the lottery.

*This is a lottery to determine the order of entry and does not guarantee the purchase of any products. Please understand this in advance.

■ Requests regarding admission

Your entry time will be notified by email after the lottery on PassMarket.

Customers who have been selected in advance by lottery should bring a photo ID and a smartphone with them when they visit.

(Please bring one of the following: driver's license, passport, resident registration card with photo, special permanent resident certificate, residence status card, student ID with photo, My Number card, or disability certificate.)

Please note that we cannot accept expired identification documents, copies or photographs of such documents, or multiple identification documents without a photograph.

Please arrive at the designated location by the scheduled time. If you are late for your appointment, your reservation will be invalidated, regardless of the reason.

• Your admission ticket will be displayed on your smartphone. Please show your admission ticket upon arrival.

Please note that screenshots of the screen will not be accepted.

We will verify that the name on your application matches the name on your photo ID before selling you the ticket. Please note that if you do not have a photo ID for identity verification, you will not be admitted.

・Customers who did not participate in the lottery will be served in order of availability, once all lottery participants have been served. Please ask a staff member on the day for more details.

■ Requests regarding your purchase

・Entry and purchases will be limited to the customer who was selected in the lottery. Please note that lending or borrowing of the winning customer's smartphone is prohibited. If this is discovered, both customers will be refused service.

・Purchases are limited to the customer who was selected in the lottery. Please note that we will not accept credit card use or payments from anyone other than the winning customer.

If this is discovered, we reserve the right to refuse your purchase.

・If there are many people wishing to purchase, there is a possibility that you may not be able to purchase even if you line up.

Depending on the number of applications, we may limit the number of items you can purchase.

Depending on the crowd situation on the day, we may limit the time you can spend shopping.

・In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are restricting access to entrances and exits.

・In order to prevent overcrowding inside the building and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we may implement entry restrictions. Please allow ample time for your visit.

During this period, Isetan Shinjuku store will be checking for mask usage and taking temperatures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Therefore, we may refuse entry to some customers. Thank you for your understanding.
