■Procedure Flow

・Lottery application deadline: Saturday, October 23rd, 10:00 AM

・Lottery results will be displayed around 3:00 PM on Sunday, October 24th.

• Purchase free tickets until noon on Monday, October 25th.

*Please be sure to complete the procedures by the respective deadlines.

*If you miss the deadline, you will not be eligible for the lottery or admission.

Additionally, an email containing information regarding your entry order, entry time, and meeting place will be sent around noon on Tuesday, October 26th.

*Only one application per person is allowed. Multiple applications will be disqualified from the lottery.

*This is a lottery to determine the order of entry and does not guarantee the purchase of any products.

■ Requests regarding admission

Your entry time will be notified by email after the lottery on PassMarket.

Customers who have been selected in advance by lottery should bring a photo ID and a smartphone with them when they visit.

(Please bring one of the following: driver's license, passport, resident registration card with photo, special permanent resident certificate, residence status card, student ID with photo, My Number card, or disability certificate.)

Please note that we cannot accept expired identification documents, copies or photographs of such documents, or multiple identification documents without a photograph.

Please arrive at the designated location by the scheduled time. If you are late for your appointment, your reservation will be invalidated, regardless of the reason.

• Your admission ticket will be displayed on your smartphone. Please show your admission ticket upon arrival.

Please note that screenshots of the screen will not be accepted.

We will verify that the name on your application matches the name on your photo ID before selling you the ticket. Please note that if you do not have a photo ID for identity verification, you will not be admitted.

・Entry and purchases will be limited to the customer who was selected in the lottery. Please note that lending or borrowing of the winning customer's smartphone is prohibited. If this is discovered, both customers will be refused service.
