Experience tailoring imbued with "universal British origins"! LID TAILOR is holding an order fair featuring special fabrics.


From September 29th (Wed) to October 5th (Tue), the Personal Order Salon on the 2nd floor of the main building of Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store will host the 2021 Autumn/Winter Order Fair by LID TAILOR, headed by tailor Osamu Nemoto. During the fair, specially prepared fabrics will be available at special prices for the creation of suits, jackets, and coats. Furthermore, on October 2nd (Sat), Mr. Nemoto will be visiting the store to offer style suggestions and take measurements for customers.

LID TAILOR was founded in 2006 with the aim of creating clothing that you'll want to wear forever and that you'll grow to love more and more the more you wear it. The items created by Mr. Nemoto are characterized by a shoulder line that follows the slope of the wearer's shoulders, using a thin and flexible interlining, based on British-derived "soft tailoring." In addition, the beautiful drape at the chest provides an elegant and comfortable wearing experience.

Furthermore, at this order fair, you can also order unlined jackets with minimal interlining, making them perfect for casual styles.

Furthermore, in addition to the standard models, a new classic coat from LID TAILOR is also available this season. With its beautifully curved, low gorge line and slightly wider lapels, this model gives a classic and elegant impression, making it a highly recommended choice for this season.

  • Made-to-measure 3-piece suit using SCHMITZ&LOMBARD (vintage flannel) fabric. LID TAILOR standard style. Ready-made price: from 176,000 yen. *If you prefer a classic style, an additional 33,000 yen will be added to the above price.
  • Made-to-measure jacket using Opalex fabric (woolen check).
    LID TAILOR Standard Style Made-to-Order: From ¥77,000 *An additional ¥22,000 will be charged for the Classic Style. *Only one suit available per color.
  • Made-to-measure coat using TACCA (undyed) fabric.
    LID TAILOR Standard Classic Style Tailored Suit: From ¥220,000
  • Delivery: Approximately 5 weeks
