Regarding the sales method on July 24th (Saturday)

  • For the sale on July 24th (Saturday), customers who wish to participate should apply for the entry lottery via the URL below between 8:00 PM on July 15th (Thursday) and 10:00 AM on July 19th (Monday).

    *To apply, you will need to be a Mitsukoshi Isetan WEB member and have a Yahoo! JAPAN ID.
    *The Mitsukoshi Isetan web membership registration page is not compatible with Internet Explorer. Please use another browser.

■ Requests regarding admission

Your entry time will be notified by email after the lottery on PassMarket.

Customers who have been selected in advance by lottery should bring a photo ID and a smartphone with them when they visit.
(*Please bring one of the following: driver's license, passport, resident registration card with photo, special permanent resident certificate, residence status card, student ID with photo, My Number card, or disability certificate.)
Please note that we cannot accept expired identification documents, copies or photographs of such documents, or multiple identification documents without a photograph.
Please arrive at the designated location by the scheduled time. If you are late for your appointment, your reservation will be invalidated, regardless of the reason.
• Your admission ticket will be displayed on your smartphone. Please show your admission ticket upon arrival.
Please note that screenshots of the screen will not be accepted.
We will verify that the name on your application matches the name on your photo ID before selling you the ticket. Please note that if you do not have a photo ID for identity verification, you will not be admitted.
・In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are restricting access to entrances and exits.
・In order to prevent overcrowding inside the building and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we may implement entry restrictions. Please allow ample time for your visit.

■ Requests regarding your purchase

・Entry and purchases will be limited to the customer who was selected in the lottery. Please note that lending or borrowing of the winning customer's smartphone is prohibited. If this is discovered, both customers will be refused service.
・Purchases are limited to the customer who was selected in the lottery. Please note that we will not accept credit card use or payments from anyone other than the winning customer.
If this is discovered, we reserve the right to refuse your purchase.
Please note that due to limited stock, we may not be able to fulfill your order. We appreciate your understanding.
Depending on the queue situation, we may limit the number of items you can purchase.
Depending on the crowd situation on the day, we may limit the time you can spend shopping.
