MOONSTAR, a Japanese shoe manufacturer founded in 1873, is launching a new brand, SHINARI, which will be holding a promotion at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building B1F, Men's Shoes section from April 7th (Wed) to April 20th (Tue). The entire lineup for the brand's first season, Spring/Summer 2021, will be available.

Shinari, which proposes comfortable shoes in a new style, has been pursuing comfort for many years at its own factory in Saga Prefecture.
The appeal lies in the sense of unity between the foot and the shoe, achieved through the DUS manufacturing method, which only a few companies in Japan possess the necessary equipment for.

Without using cup insoles or special cushioning materials, the shoes achieve moderate cushioning solely through the properties of the sole material, and the fit is improved by directly pouring and molding the liquid sole material.

The distinctive design is also a key feature, incorporating archive models and the "jika-tabi" (traditional Japanese split-toe socks) that are the roots of MoonStar, while blending a sense of sophistication and comfort that suits the new normal era.
