TAGLIATORE , known for its elegant silhouettes created by exceptional cutting techniques, will be holding a promotion at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 5th floor, Men's Tailored Clothing section , from April 1st (Thursday) to April 13th (Tuesday). During the event, in addition to the new Spring/Summer 2021 collection, a special model created in collaboration with TAGLIATORE , Vitale Barberis Canonico (hereinafter referred to as VBC), and Mitsukoshi Isetan will be launched.

TAGLIATORE is a brand founded by Pino Lerario, the second generation of the Lerario company, which was established in the 1960s in Puglia, Italy. As the brand name, which means "tailor" in Italian, suggests, the three-dimensional, sharp lines that cinch the waist from both sides express the softness and strength characteristic of Southern Italy.

From design to sewing, every aspect of the products is handled and finished in-house, reflecting Mr. Pino's aesthetic sensibilities down to the smallest detail. He is also involved in fabric development, and the brand's innovative use of color and high-quality materials are among its many appealing features.

The highlight of this promotion is the "Napoli" model, a triple collaboration between TAGLIATORE , VBC, and Mitsukoshi Isetan. The two-button single-breasted jacket has a light shoulder area and deliberately sharp lapels. The fitting is a medium fit that isn't too tight, so it looks great just by slipping it on. The trousers are tapered with one pleat and not too slim, carefully chosen to balance with the jacket.

The material chosen is "Spring 4-Ply," one of VBC's signature products, made with 21μ (micron) raw wool. In addition to its dry touch and breathability, the 4-ply construction provides stretchability. It is also wrinkle-resistant and has excellent recovery, making it a strong ally for active business people.
