John Lawrence Sullivan | Presenting its Spring/Summer 2021 Collection
JOHN LAWRENCE SULLIVAN, which has a presence on the 2nd floor Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building has unveiled its Spring/Summer 2021 collection.
For the past few seasons, the brand has presented its new collections at London Fashion Week, but this season it will be unveiled through looks only.
This season draws inspiration from Robert Mapplethorpe's sophisticated aesthetic and his shocking worldview of sexual liberation. As a symbol of this, body piercings are incorporated into various items, expressing fetishism. Furthermore, military elements such as industrial zippers and button details are added, resulting in a collection that is distinctly John Lawrence Sullivan. In addition, this season introduces a hybrid item that can be used in three ways: not only as a mask holder, but also as a glasses holder and necklace, making it a truly contemporary piece.
