Junya Kawakami, the designer of Seven by Seven, started the brand after "spending his days in his 20s visiting vintage clothing warehouses in San Francisco, meeting people of various races, and being inspired by how they loosely and uniquely wore workwear and other clothes that were not originally created as fashion."

For this pop-up event, we will be exclusively releasing T-shirts featuring hand-drawn graphics by artist Masakatsu Shimoda that capture the atmosphere and image of San Francisco. The logo, inspired by a fictional souvenir shop in San Francisco, is a superb design that blends the unique atmosphere of the city with Shimoda's distinctive pop sensibility.

Additionally, as an exclusive item available only at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building , a gown coat made from an original fabric woven with multi-colored threads using a jacquard loom, symbolizing the Spring/Summer 2020 season, will be released. The softness and crispness of the fabric match the relaxed silhouette of the gown coat, resulting in a special spring coat with outstanding presence.
