Tokyo-based up-and-coming sneaker brand +TSUBASA and the popular soccer manga "Captain Tsubasa" are collaborating for the first time! Starting November 20th (Wednesday), four models of collaborative sneakers will be released at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building B1F, Men's Shoes.

Yoichi Takahashi's soccer manga, "Captain Tsubasa," began serialization in Shueisha's "Weekly Shonen Jump" in 1981. It has had a tremendous influence on young soccer players in Japan, and the cumulative number of copies of the manga and paperback editions sold in Japan has exceeded 70 million. Currently, it is loved not only in Japan but also around the world, having been translated into 20 languages.

This collaboration brings iconic scenes from the manga "Captain Tsubasa" to Plus Tsubasa's signature model, "Melomelo." The lineup consists of four colors, each featuring a different character and the character's jersey number.

In addition to the standard design, the shoes also come with specially designed shoelaces by KIXSIX, a leading Japanese shoelace brand. An original postcard featuring the official visual is also included, and the shoes will be presented in a specially designed shoebox created exclusively for this collaboration.

This special pair of sneakers is sure to be a coveted item not only for fans of "Captain Tsubasa," but for sneaker enthusiasts worldwide.
