A collaborative hoodie between Liam Gallagher, an indispensable figure in the British music scene, and Nigel Cabourn, another leading British designer, will be released. It will be available from November 9th (Saturday) at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 7th floor = Men's Authentic.




Nigel Cabourn, who has been collecting vintage items for over 50 years, incorporates the inspiration he draws from them into the design of various items in his own brand. One of the people who loves his brand is the world-renowned musician Liam Gallagher, with whom he has teamed up for this collaboration.

This time, Liam has combined elements of British pop culture and military style with a smock parka, a design he himself loves. Based on a 1940s military smock, it retains vintage details while adding modifications such as a longer length.

The pockets and neck buttons are faithful to vintage designs, and the jacket also features Nigel Cabourn's signature attention to detail, such as the drawstring on the hood, the leather drawstrings at the waist and hem, and the waxed cotton cord and wooden ball-shaped fasteners.



The garments are made from Ventile® fabric, originally developed for the Royal Air Force in Manchester, northern England, the hometown of the two designers, and manufactured by Mackintosh. In addition, a limited number of reversible parkas made from ripstop fabric will also be released.

Regarding this collaboration, Nigel Cabourn commented as follows:
"This hoodie symbolizes our lives. I've been designing functional clothing for decades, and Liam has been collecting hoodies to wear on stage throughout his 28-year career as a musician. This is where our shared passion lies, and it's reflected in this hoodie."
