The highly anticipated new models, "FABRE BL-S DELUXE" and "MEXICO 66 DELUXE," from the "NIPPON MADE" series, which pursues the art of Japanese craftsmanship, will be released. They will be available for pre-sale from Wednesday, October 23rd at the men's shoe section on the first basement floor Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building .

The new releases this time are the "Fabre BLS Deluxe," modeled after a basketball shoe released in 1975, and the "Mexico 66 Deluxe," based on the standard model "MEXICO 66."

The iconic "ASICS Stripes" are hand-painted by artisans using ink, one pair at a time. This allows you to enjoy the unique look of each shoe, with variations in ink density, bleeding, and thickness, as well as subtle fading.

Furthermore, this pair of shoes, featuring an impressive mottled pattern reminiscent of ink painting, utilizes an upper made of goat leather laminated with traditional Japanese washi paper. To create the effect of "bleeding," the washi paper is soaked in alcohol before the ink is applied, a pre-treatment process designed to intentionally cause bleeding. By applying traditional Japanese ink and ink painting techniques, a pair of shoes that truly embodies the "NIPPON MADE" spirit has been created.
