Pantalonaio Osaku Hayato, a pattern-order and ready-made brand created by Hayato Osaku, a leading "Pantalonaio" (pants craftsman) in Japan, will be holding a limited-time trunk show featuring exclusive fabrics from the brand at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 5th floor, Men's Tailored Clothing, from September 25th (Wed) to October 1st (Tue). Additionally, Mr. Osaku will be visiting the store on September 29th (Sun) to offer fittings and style suggestions.

Mr. Osaku, who has repaired trousers all over the world, has thoroughly absorbed everything from the best manufacturing methods to the philosophy of auxiliary materials from veteran craftsmen overseas. The trousers he creates form an "M" shape that beautifully wraps around the hips and joints, resulting in a comfortable fit.

Pantalonaio Osaku Hayato's custom orders are characterized by an exceptionally wide range of adjustments. By creating patterns tailored to each individual, they adjust even the smallest details, resulting in trousers that offer a level of fit that surpasses the realm of typical pattern orders. Furthermore, they incorporate numerous handcrafted processes, such as ultra-fine double-welt pockets, hand-stitched buttons, and hand-ironing, ensuring uncompromising attention to detail not only in comfort but also in appearance.


This trunk show will feature not only the usual swatch books but also specially prepared fabric samples throughout the event. From the "OSAKU×KUZURI" collaboration, a special order fabric from Kuzuri Woolen Mills, a long-established textile manufacturer in Bishu, comes the third installment: a 400g/m sharkskin fabric that revives an archive design from 50 years ago. In addition, customers can choose their favorite fabric from a wide variety of domestic and imported fabrics from Kuzuri Woolen Mills, and skilled fitters will propose trousers tailored to each individual.

Furthermore, on Sunday, September 29th, Hayato Osaku will be visiting the store for a one-day-only event where he will personally provide fittings and advice.

In addition to ready-made items, including models exclusive to Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building , m039/M-Zero-Three-Nine, supervised by Mr. Osaku, will also be available for a limited time. These exceptional pants will make a strong statement even when worn alone.
