SANYO YAMACHO , which continues to pursue manufacturing and services based on the Japanese spirit of skill, craftsmanship, and sophistication, has teamed up with Toshiyuki Takegahara, one of Japan's leading shoe designers who also works on FOOT THE COACHER, to launch a new label called "X-Line".
The name embodies the meanings of "EXCELLENT," "EXCLUSIVE," and "EXPORT." It represents the pursuit of quality by skilled Japanese craftsmen, unparalleled originality, and a strong will to transcend all barriers, including national borders.



In this promotion, we will introduce the "Allrounder," the first series to be released from the "X-Line." Based on the concept of utility shoes that combine functionality and luxury, it consists of four models, each inspired by different situations, such as ethnic footwear from mountainous regions and uniform shoes worn by British police officers.
Furthermore, all soles utilize Vibram's latest "VIBRAM XS TREK EVO" compound for outdoor use, making them adaptable to various road conditions in urban environments. In addition, the upper is made of North American steerhide with a sufficient thickness equivalent to 2mm, and is tanned with a special compound, resulting in a tough yet exceptionally flexible material.
