TEXT, a new brand launched this season by Shunsuke Ishikawa , the designer of MARKAA, has started its rollout at Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 6th floor, Men's Contemporary.

Based on the concept of "Farm-to-Closet," Text pursues sustainability in the fashion industry, with the designer himself visiting Argentina, India, Mongolia, and other places to create products using materials and production methods that meet his high standards.

The brand uses various fabrics, including alpaca, Patagonian wool, cashmere, and organic cotton, each with its own reason for being chosen. From cotton grown without pesticides and produced using traditional farming methods that do not burden the land, to coats made with now-rare colored alpaca to reduce the environmentally damaging dyeing process, Text's uncompromising approach can be felt when you actually hold their products in your hands.
Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building has supported this approach and begun carrying the brand's products since its first collection, the Fall/Winter 2019 season.
Furthermore, a promotion featuring an expanded range of items is planned to begin on Wednesday, October 30th (*). Designer Ishikawa is also scheduled to visit during the event, making it a valuable opportunity to hear directly about the brand's philosophy.
