From Wednesday, August 21st Isetan Shinjuku Store, Men's Building 8th floor = Isetan Men's Residence will be showcasing a limited-time tableware collection, a collaboration between Belgian-born interior decoration brand SERAX and Parisian select shop Merci.

Serax is an interior decoration brand founded in Belgium in 1987, primarily known for its flower vases, which are widely favored by florists around the world.
The tableware collection we are introducing today, "LA NOUVELLE TABLE," was created through a collaboration between Daniel Rosenströck, the art director of Merci in the Marais district of Paris, and the two companies.
The "style of eating" has changed dramatically in recent years. Families and friends now gather around a table, combining many "small plates" and each person choosing their favorites, or people eat while sitting at a desk with a computer or on a kitchen stool...

To meet these new needs, the collection was created, drawing inspiration from traditional Japanese bento boxes that Japanese people carry with them everywhere.

Designed like a puzzle, this collection can be freely combined, stacked, or fitted together. Choose plates and bowls to match the day's meal and create your own table setting with your imagination.
During the exhibition, we will have a variety of items available, from plates and bowls of different sizes to cups. You can see simple and functional tableware with a unique touch.
