As we mentioned last time, Salon de Shimaji's new bottle, "Glenfarclas 31 Year Old," has arrived.

This is the third time we've had an original Glenfarclas bottle. This can be seen as a testament to the friendship between Mr. Shimaji and the previous owner, John.

Shimaji : "I'm very close to John. The other day, his son George, the sixth generation, came to visit and said that his father had sent his regards. I could really feel the friendship between father and son."

A symbol of friendship: Glenfarclas 31 Year Old.
The distinctive sherry aroma of Glenfarclas tickles the nostrils, and the taste is sweet, with notes of fruit, honey, and chocolate.

At Salon de Shimaji, we offer it for ¥4,320 per glass. Please come and enjoy a drink!

Shimaji: "Please try 'Farcras of Friendship,' a drink made by me, John, and George. I recommend it with confidence."
